CLIENT PORTAL TERMS OF SERVICE
TNT Fix Smart Home & Climate Solutions

By accessing this client portal, you agree to the following terms:

ACCOUNT ACCESS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
All invoices are due according to the payment terms specified on each invoice. Payment terms include:
• Jobs under $500: Full payment due upon completion
• Jobs over $500: Equipment/supplies and 50% labor due before work begins; remaining balance due upon completion
• We do not offer credit or carry balances forward
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% APR)

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept multiple payment methods:
• Preferred (No Fees): Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Chime, ACH
• Credit/Debit Cards: A 3.5% processing fee applies to cover transaction costs

PORTAL USE
This portal is provided for your convenience to:
• View and download quotes, invoices, and receipts
• Make online payments
• Access your service history
• Review account statements

Do not use this portal for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
While we strive to keep all information accurate, you are responsible for reviewing all invoices and quotes for accuracy. Report any discrepancies within 30 days of invoice date.

COMMUNICATION
By using this portal, you consent to receive electronic communications regarding your account, including invoices, payment confirmations, and service notifications.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from services or billing will be resolved through direct communication with TNT Fix. If necessary, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with Arizona law.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any changes.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
